Doctor Righetti was born and raised in Castro Valley, California. She attended St. Mary's College and went on to complete her medical training at the University of Maryland. Together they completed their residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, Irvine. After a decade of practice in California they moved with their family to Idaho.

Doctors Kack and Righetti have an active practice in Head and Neck Surgery and strive to achieve the best aesthetic results for their patients.  They have a longstanding interest in the use of lasers in medicine and have the largest selection of aesthetic lasers in Idaho.
