Deep Tissue (75 minutes) - A deeper massage using deep muscular manipulation to target specific areas of the body. Designed to increase flexibility and relieve sore muscles.
Reflexology - hand and feet (30 minutes) -
Manipulation of reflex areas in the hands and feet,
which correspond to specific areas of the body.
Hydrostone Therapy - (90 minutes) - A blend of hot and cold rock therapy integrated into a soothing massage.
