About / Spa Policies
HOURS OF OPERATION The MAROD Medical Spa is open from 9am to 5pm weekdays, as well as the third Saturday of each month from 9am to 2pm. After hours appointments are available.
SCHEDULING All Spa services require a credit card number and card verification at time of booking to reserve your appointment.
CANCELLATION We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise you will be charged 50% of scheduled service fees.
ARRIVAL Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment. Robes, towels, sandals and shower facilities are provided. A locker is provided for your personal belongings.
QUIET PLEASE To enhance your spa experience, we ask that you turn off you pager or cell phones while you visit our spa.
CHILDREN For the safety of your children, the comfort of our other guests, and your ultimate spa experience, we request that you not bring children with you to your spa visit.
The MAROD Medical Spa offers complimentary seasonal teas and Almond Champagne with all services.
